Download the Telehop app your Apple devices

Using the Telehop app for the first time:

  1. Once downloaded, launch the Telehop app.
  2. Click on 'Settings' at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Enter your mobile number.
  4. Enter your valid email.
  5. Tap on 'Update Profile'.
  6. You will receive an SMS with your Activation PIN shortly. Once you receive it, enter the code.

    NOTE: If you have a Telehop Free Minutes Card, you may enter the PIN found at the back of the card. This will let you use whatever minutes you have on the card instead of your regular Telehop account (if you have one). If you need to switch back to using your Telehop account, simply enter the Activation PIN you had received via SMS.
  7. Tap on 'Update Profile' once more.

That's it! You are now ready to make calls.

Placing a call with the Telehop app:

  1. To start using the service, launch the Telehop app.
  2. Click on 'Contacts' at the bottom of the screen to select a number from your contacts list, or enter the phone number you wish to call.

Important Reminder:

You must RE-LAUNCH the Telehop app every time you make a call.

After your call is completed using our app, it will automatically exit. To place another long distance call, always remember to re-launch or restart the Telehop app to avoid high long distance charges from your cell phone provider.
