Calling long distance with your cell phone

Our Speed Dial feature makes calling international on your mobile a snap.

Use your assigned PIN number or register your cell phone number with Telehop Telecom. If you haven't registered your cell number, contact our customer service at 1-888-556-5849 and we will be happy to set it up for you.

How to call without Speed Dial:

  1. Dial the Telehop access number and press SEND once.
  2. Listen to the voice prompt and dial the long distance number you wish to call when asked to do so. DO NOT PRESS SEND AGAIN.

How to call if you have Speed Dial set up:

  1. Dial the Telehop access number and press SEND once.
  2. Listen to the voice prompt and enter the speed dial position (1 to 10) plus the # key. DO NOT PRESS SEND AGAIN.

*When you call long distance, you will still be charged your usual air time and roaming charges (if applicable) by your service provider.

Using the Speed Dial feature

Store up to 10 telephone numbers and never dial same numbers over and over again!

  1. Log in to access your speed dial list.

    If you have more than one (1) registered authorized number, select the number to which you'd like to add the speed dial feature and click on the Edit button.
  2. Program your speed dial numbers (do not enter any "+" sign or spaces in between the numbers).
    • For Canada, USA and the Caribbean: 1 + area code + phone number
    • For International Countries: 011 + country code + area code + phone number
  3. When you are ready to call, simply dial the access number.
  4. Enter the Telehop Speed Dial position (1 to 10) + #.
